face-to-face workshop cancellation

Late cancellations often result in someone missing out so we have certain cancellation policies in place. Once you book and receive a confirmation email from us:

• You can cancel you place on a workshop provided you give us 21 days notice before your course starts. This will incur a fee of 20% of the total course fee.

• You can transfer to another workshop date provided you give us at least 7 days notice before your workshop starts (unlike some others, we do not charge a fee if you need to transfer to another date).

• Within 7 days of the start date, you will not be able to transfer to another workshop, but you are welcome to send someone else in your place.

If for some reason we need to postpone a workshop (for example, due to COVID-19 related precautions), we will give you as much notice as possible, and we will work with you to find another date at no cost. If we can't find an alternative date that suits your circumstances, you can choose to have a full fee refund.

In-house workshops

A lot of preparation goes into our customised in-house training. There are no refunds for cancelling in-house training once the training has been officially confirmed.

But you can postpone the training date and we will work with you to find another date that suits you.

All written material supplied in courses, modules, and in-house training, and all oral and visual material presented during courses, modules, and in-house training, are copyright protected under the Copyright Act 1994.

confidentiality

We will treat all personal and contact information you provide us as confidential. We will never sell or distribute any of your information to any other individual or organisation. We respect your rights under the Privacy Act 1993.
